This call is the traditional head to toe diagnosis done modern. Samantha provides a unique approach to your own personalized health plan. You will complete a checklist of your symptoms (current and previous) prior to your appointment. During your appointment your symptoms will be reviewed and additional questions will be asked. At the end of the consult you will receive your lifestyle "prescription" for your own unique constitution and a small personalized care package delivered to your door.
