To erase the stigma attached to mental health struggles by helping individuals reclaim lives that have been clouded by toxins, emotional trauma's and past conditionings.
TO HELP OTHERS RECLAIM THEIR OWN LIVES BY SUPPORTING THE BODYS OWN NATURAL HEALING THROUGH ANCIENT TRADITIONS, DETOXIFICATION, AND CONNECTION.
I help others regain confidence and a sense of self-empowerment through;
motivation and support in a safe space, and balancing emotions through Traditional Chinese Medicine practices, nutritional implementation, aromatherapy, therapeutic movement, and building community.
By educating about the body and sharing easy to follow tips for reducing the toxic overload on our system I help make it easier to make smart decisions, that will lead to a clear mind, toxin free body and reconnection with inner-self.
The values at Wicked Wellness reflect the very nature of the brand and my practice, my passion for healing, and my commitment to those who struggle. Imbalances and conditioning can demand attention and challenge everyday life.Unfortunately often times these issues go unaddressed until they become chronic issues within our physical bodies.
I hold strong and true to the following values.
I believe in honouring your true self. In holding a safe space for individuals to express their unique and wild souls.
HONOR YOUR TRUE SELF
I believe the importance of having a vibrant and diverse community is important. We have grown up in an age where we are made to believe that we are alone. Social Media has replaced face to face contact. I feel that it is important to surround yourself with a support tribe of unique, and uplifting individuals.
COMMUNITY IS KEY.
Everything has yin and yang. Without mistakes, without failures, there would be no lessons and there would be no growth. We would remain stagnant in a state of ignorance to what we don't know. Look at things from the other persons perspective sometimes, and try to understand where they are coming from.
SEE IT FROM ANOTHER LIGHT.
I believe in continuous personal reflection.
"When you stop learning, you stop living." - Albert Einstein
The only person accountable for your actions is yourself. This is how you show up in life. If you don't take responsibility there is no lesson to be learned.
